By accessing or using VouchedMY, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use VouchedMY. By using our service, you represent that:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You are legally able to enter into binding contracts
- You are not prohibited from using our service under Malaysian law
- You will comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws
Account Registration
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Submit fake or fraudulent IC documents
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Scrape, collect, or harvest user data
- Reverse engineer or attempt to access our source code
- Create multiple accounts to manipulate the system
- Upload malicious code or viruses
IC Verification
By submitting your Malaysian IC for verification:
- You consent to VouchedMY verifying the authenticity of your IC
- You confirm that the IC belongs to you and is valid
- You understand that submitting false documents may result in legal action
- You acknowledge that IC documents are stored securely and never displayed publicly
- Only your verification status will be visible to other users
Profile Information
Your profile information may be visible to other users. You are responsible for:
- Choosing what information to display on your profile
- Ensuring all information you provide is accurate
- Understanding that other users may view and search your profile
- Regularly updating your information to reflect changes
Vouching System
When vouching for another user:
- You confirm that your vouch is genuine and truthful
- False vouches may result in account suspension
- You understand that your vouch is visible to other users
- Vouches should be based on personal knowledge or experience
Payment and Keys
Regarding purchases on our platform:
- All purchases are non-refundable unless required by law
- Keys are used to unlock full profile views
- Prices are subject to change with notice
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes
Intellectual Property
VouchedMY and its content (excluding user-generated content) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
- Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
- Remove or alter copyright notices
Disclaimer of Warranties
VouchedMY is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy or completeness of user-provided information
- That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- That all users are who they claim to be
- The safety of any in-person meetings arranged through our platform
Important: Always exercise caution when meeting someone in person. Verify information independently and meet in public places.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VouchedMY shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Personal injury or property damage
- Actions or conduct of other users
- Content provided by users
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- You provide false information or fraudulent documents
- Your conduct harms or could harm other users
- We are required to do so by law
You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
